Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to support USBFS clients within the ETF and mutual fund space. You will maximize client retention, assess service levels, and coordinate cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions.

Candidates should have extensive financial services knowledge, strong communication, and an ability to manage complex client relationships while maintaining high accuracy in reporting and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12–16 years of mutual fund/ETF or brokerage industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services operations, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to align strategies and solutions for clients.
• Review and approve invoices for USBFS and U.S. Bank for accuracy.
• Prepare audit requests and information for SEC exams and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain proactive client communication and coordinate client tours and meetings.
