The role requires translating business needs into configuration, developing functional specifications, supporting testing and deployments, and contributing to ERP roadmaps and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year related to essential performance requirements; or equivalent
• ERP knowledge and experience across discovery, design, configuration, and testing
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and functional specs
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Own and administer ERP functional areas, maintaining SME knowledge
• Translate requirements into ERP configurations and specifications
• Support ERP configuration, workflows, and data integrity
• Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and coordinate resolution with vendors
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to secure ERP solutions
• Lead ERP workstreams through discovery, design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Develop and execute ERP test scenarios and validate deployment readiness
