Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the IT application owner and primary technical liaison for ERP areas and modules.
• Analyzes business requirements and translates them into ERP solutions; develops specifications.
• Supports ERP configuration, system administration, workflows, and business rules.
• Troubleshoots ERP issues and coordinates resolutions with technical teams and vendors.
• Collaborates with architects, integration teams, and vendors to design secure ERP solutions.
• Leads ERP implementation workstreams from discovery to post-implementation support.
• Develops and executes test scenarios; supports user acceptance testing and deployment readiness.
• Participates in ERP roadmap planning, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Supports data quality, governance, conversion, and reporting for analytics.
• Manages relationships and documentation with ERP vendors and partners.
