Job summary

AutoZone in Memphis is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to provide daily support for HRIS configuration, data analysis and system testing. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions.

The role focuses on system configuration, audits, reporting, and process improvements across HR systems, with opportunities to lead quarterly cloud upgrade testing and partner with Business Partners to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business Administration, BA Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related technical or quantitative discipline
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management System
• Experience in Benefits System Administration
• Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies as necessary
• Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Good communication/interpersonal skills - ability to listen to needs, provide clear direction, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing; works with business partners to solve complex problems.
• 3-5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Perform internal database audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Understand and research plan rules to ensure proper interpretation and resolve administration questions/issues resulting from systems and audits.
• Develop administrative procedures with business users and vendors to improve service delivery.
• Manage the documentation of issue resolution and administrative processes.
• Provide technical support for end-users while maintaining SLAs and guidelines.
• Resolve escalated inquiries and recommend system and administrative improvements.
• Understand the business needs and translate requirements into system configuration.
• Research and make recommendations for resolving employment and payroll discrepancies.
• Act as team lead for quarterly testing of cloud system upgrades and manage automated test cases.
• Research and support status of change requests in our Human Capital Management Systems.
• Enter and analyze Oracle HCM system configuration testing.
• Work to improve user experience across multiple HR systems by analyzing feedback and working closely with Business Partners.
• Fulfill reporting requests and analyze data using reporting tools found in HR Systems.

Overview

The HR Systems Administrator provides systems support and functional analysis within the HRIS group. The primary focus of this position is to provide daily support for configuration, technical support, data analysis and problem solving for our Human Resources Systems. This position serves as a functional point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring HR systems transactions complete successfully, ensure data integrity, testing system changes, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
