Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks an Enterprise Business System Director to provide strategic leadership over ERP, LMS, and timekeeping systems. You will partner with the CIO and ERP Governance Committee, guiding projects from vision to sustainment while ensuring financial stewardship and governance compliance.

You will supervise the ERP Manager and related teams, oversee cross-functional resources, and champion process improvements, standardization, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ten years of enterprise systems/ERP experience with five years in a supervisory role.
• Project management expertise (PMI, Agile, or hybrid) and vendor/contract oversight.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ANTHC's Enterprise Resource Planning, LMS, and Time Keeping systems.
• Govern ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and governance standards.
• Oversee ERP-related teams and coordinate with CIO, ERP Governance Committee, and ePMO.
• Manage budgets, forecast needs, and evaluate ROI for business systems projects.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
