Job summary

ANTHC, the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, seeks a Director of the Behavioral Health Wellness Clinic to lead the program and provide direct behavioral health services. Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Six (6) years of experience providing behavioral health clinical services in a clinic or hospital.
• Four (4) years of clinical supervision/management experience.
• Active State of Alaska Behavioral Health License.

Responsibilities

• Directs the ANTHC Behavioral Health Wellness Clinic.
• Collaboratively develops clinic goals and priorities and oversees strategic plan for implementation.
• Oversees development of staff skills, training plans, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards, Medicaid regulations and health policies.
• Provides clinical guidance to staff and interns and monitors licensing requirements.
