Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking an AR Manager to oversee day-to-day non-patient accounts receivable operations within the Revenue Cycle department. You will coordinate with billing, cash application, and customer accounts to ensure accurate processing and timely collections.

This role requires a strong accounting background, GAAP knowledge, and leadership to guide staff and improvements in AR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Six years of non-supervisory AR experience or two years supervisory AR leadership.
• Master’s degree and CPA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day non-patient AR activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage customer payment processing and postings.
• Lead billing, cash application, and customer account management for AR.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across AR processes.
• Partner with Finance and IT to optimize ERP functionality.
