Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks an Enterprise Business System Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of ANTHC’s ERP, Learning Management, and Time Keeping systems. The role partners with the CIO and ERP Governance Committee to plan, implement, sustain, and continuously improve enterprise systems across finance, HR, supply chain, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and training preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in enterprise systems, ERP, or business systems management.
• PMP Certification preferred; project management proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive sponsorship and functional leadership for business system projects.
• Oversee ERP governance, portfolio prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NIST, SOX, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Communicate system health and portfolio performance to executives and governance committees.
