Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Pharmacy Education Manager. This leadership role oversees clinical and operational pharmacy services, ensuring safe and compliant medication use, staffing, and performance metrics in a large health system.

Under the Director of Pharmacy, you will drive programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Non-supervisory pharmacy experience of 5 years.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Current State of Alaska Pharmacy License required.
• BCPS or residency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational pharmacy services.

• Ensure regulatory and safety standards compliance.
