Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in EHS compliance, risk management, and regulatory programs.
• Executive-level consulting or corporate leadership experience with a track record of growth.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships, sales, and delivery of Sustainable Operations services.
• Develop and implement compliance and risk management systems for clients.
• Advise on data management, reporting, and regulatory disclosure support.
• Develop strategies to win new business and grow revenue with key clients.
• Mentor consultants and expand leadership within the team.
• Drive service innovation and strengthen ERM’s market position.
• Expand visibility through thought leadership and partnerships.
