Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Consulting Partner for Environmental Compliance and Sustainable Operations. The role will be based in ERM's Mountain and Pacific offices with a preference for Irvine, Seattle, Portland, or Walnut Creek, in a hybrid and flexible environment.

Key responsibilities include leading client relationships, sales, and delivery of ERM’s services, developing risk management systems, and mentoring a high-performing team to expand sustainability offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in EHS compliance or risk management.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow client relationships.
• Strong communication and executive presence with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of ERM’s compliance and sustainability solutions.
• Build and guide a high-performing consulting team.
• Shape commercial strategy and pursue new business opportunities.
