Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Consulting Partner, Environmental Compliance to lead the Safe and Sustainable Operations team in the Gulf region from one of our Gulf offices. The role blends executive leadership with business development to secure opportunities and shape commercial strategy.

You will guide clients in compliant, sustainable operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive growth while maintaining ERM's leadership in sustainability consulting.

• 15+ years of experience in EHS compliance, environmental compliance, and risk management.
• Executive-level consulting or corporate leadership with a track record in business development.

ERM is seeking a Consulting Partner, Environmental Compliance to join our growing Safe and Sustainable Operations team in one of our Gulf offices (Houston, New Orleans, Austin, or Dallas) within a flexible, hybrid work environment.
