Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in EHS compliance, environmental risk, and regulatory programs.
• Executive-level consulting or corporate leadership with business development success.
• Proven ability to build and sustain senior client relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships, sales, and delivery of ERM’s consulting services.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance and risk management systems.
• Advise on data management, reporting, and disclosure of EHS performance.
• Shape commercial strategy and pursue new business aligned with ERM priorities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing consulting team.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Expand ERM’s market visibility through thought leadership and partnerships.
