Job summary

ERM is a global sustainability consultancy seeking a Consulting Partner, Environmental Compliance to lead development and delivery of client solutions that strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and improve operational performance. This role is based in one of ERM’s main offices in the Mountain and Pacific Business Unit, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in EHS compliance and risk management.
Executive-level consulting or corporate leadership with a proven business-development track record.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
Broad experience across compliance, reporting, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationship development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s services in Sustainable Operations.
Develop and implement EHS compliance and risk-management systems.
Advise clients on data management, reporting, and disclosure related to EHS performance.
Shape commercial strategy to pursue and win new business with target clients.
Build and lead a high-performing consulting team and mentor future leaders.
Drive service innovation and partner across ERM service lines.
