PayPal is seeking an Experience Researcher to join the Enterprise Services Experience Research team. You will own end-to-end research from framing questions to driving action in a fast-paced, collaborative environment for businesses, marketplaces, and partners.

The role emphasizes both qualitative and quantitative methods, working with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering to deliver user-centered insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with large enterprise and mid‑market corporate decision‑makers and/or developers
• Experience with a variety of research methods including 1:1 interviews, cognitive walkthroughs, usability testing, journey mapping, and surveys
• Background in payments, financial services, or platform ecosystems in the financial services space
• Comfort with ambiguity and collaborating with stakeholders to drive insights into product strategy

Responsabilités

• Own and drive research programs within assigned product space, partnering with stakeholders to ensure insights are acted upon
• Design, coordinate and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects using a wide range of methodologies
• Balance in‑house execution of research with vendor‑managed projects, maintaining quality and rigor across both models
• Leverage insights across research functions and data sources throughout the product development lifecycle
• Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels with clear, actionable outputs
• Act as liaison between design, product management, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to drive alignment
• Design and contribute to workshops and design sprints surfacing insights and influencing product and design strategies
• Identify and implement innovative research techniques including AI methods to address evolving business needs
• Demonstrate growth mindset by seeking feedback and expanding skills
