Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, transformation, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and boards/governance bodies.
• Strong project, program, portfolio, and change management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into strategic roadmaps with defined scope, objectives, outcomes, and measures.
• Lead high-priority transformation initiatives from strategy through execution; align with business objectives.
• Establish governance, metrics, and value realization post-implementation.
• Lead acquisition/integration initiatives, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Distill complex strategies into clear narratives for executive decision-making and alignment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
