Job summary

Plaid in San Francisco seeks a Technical Account Manager to own the long-term technical success of enterprise customers, translating feedback into product insight and aligning technical strategies with business goals.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Plaid’s APIs and features, provide proactive guidance, and resolve escalations to ensure customers realize value and scale their integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client-facing, technology-focused roles with enterprise customers preferred.
• Ability to independently manage complex customer relationships and develop technical strategies.
• Strong foundation across APIs, databases, system infrastructure; familiarity with monitoring/logging tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; translate technical concepts to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Plaid's most strategic Enterprise customers as their technical expert.
• Own post-sales technical strategy and alignment with customers.
• Identify opportunities to optimize integrations and drive adoption of Plaid's features with measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Advocate for customers by translating feedback into product insights for internal teams.
• Serve as escalation point for technical incidents beyond normal support channels.
• Collaborate with account managers to define and deliver quarterly technical goals.
