Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing, technology-focused roles with enterprise experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex customer relationships and develop technical strategies.
• Strong technical foundation across APIs, databases, system infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, customer-first problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work with Plaid's most strategic Enterprise customers as their technical expert.
• Own the post-sales technical strategy and alignment with customers, ensuring roadmaps are understood and communicated.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer integrations and drive adoption of Plaid's newest features with measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders at every level, from engineers to CPOs and CTOs.
• Advocate for customers by translating feedback into product insights and aligning business/product priorities.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents beyond normal Plaid support channels.
• Collaborate with account managers to define, track, and deliver quarterly technical goals.
