Qualifications

Bachelor degree and 5 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position.
Corporate-level project management experience.
Negotiation skills including vendor agreements.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's talent needs.
Main point of contact for internal clients; work with senior management to plan and execute hiring strategy.
Provide leadership and direction to recruiters building pipelines from director to frontline staff.
