Job summary

Amazon Freight, part of Amazon Supply Chain Services, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Account Management team. You will be the primary operational partner for Amazon Freight's largest enterprise shippers, owning the customer relationship, identifying systemic issues that impact their experience, and coordinating cross functional teams to drive resolution.

You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews, craft recovery plans during performance degradation, and proactively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise customer operational relationship across all freight modes (TL, IMDL, LTL).
Identify systemic operational defects using performance dashboards and customer feedback.
Coordinate cross functional teams to resolution and own the path forward.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and produce recovery plans during performance degradation.
