Job summary

Diversified Employment Services in Metro Detroit seeks an Account Executive to sell staffing solutions across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and professional services. You will lead meetings, tailor staffing proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding with recruiting and operations.

The role requires 3+ years in outside B2B sales or staffing, strong relationship-building and presentation skills, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside B2B sales or staffing sales (preferred).
• Experience selling into manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, or commercial environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source new business via cold calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, targeted email, and face-to-face sales calls.
• Engage leaders across HR, Plant/Operations/Safety/Purchasing and executives to uncover needs.
• Lead client meetings, site tours, presentations, and consultative workforce discussions.
• Craft customized staffing solutions and develop proposals; negotiate contracts and close new accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding and handoffs to recruiting and operations; maintain CRM Bullhorn and related systems.
