Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) Team. You will lead all aspects of assigned projects—from planning and scheduling through start-up and close-out—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maximizing customer satisfaction and safety.

You will coordinate with customers, local project managers, and program managers to align objectives, manage installation plans, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Prior project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire/life safety, AV or electronics).
• Proven leadership with coaching and mentorship abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from award to closeout, including scope, budget and schedule.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Coordinate with local teams and program managers to align goals and drive execution.
• Develop and maintain project installation plans and execution strategies.
• Track status, changes, and documentation for reporting.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to control costs and delays.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and ensure delivery per scope.
