Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions Team. This remote role handles planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects valued up to $1M, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

Emphasizes customer satisfaction and safety across installations and start-up phases. You will lead project plans, manage risks, and communicate progress while aligning with budget and scope.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm, electronic security, and AV).
• Strong leadership, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Experience coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of assigned projects up to $1M, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Serves as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Develops project installation plans with local teams.
• Maintains records of status, material flow, and change orders.
• Identifies risks and mitigates cost deviations and delays.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
