Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team within the Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) Group. You will coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and project logistics for multi-site engagements while reporting to the Operations Leader.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, leadership, and financial oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class service to customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor others within operations.
• Financial acumen to monitor project costs and change orders.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in project coordination or supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive operational excellence within core strategies.
• Coordinate designated team across purchasing, scheduling and project coordination.
• Oversee financial execution of projects and document change orders.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through effective project delivery.
• Assist with manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
