Job summary

Convergint is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects, coordinating engineering, field installation and start‑up to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll drive budget adherence, schedule adherence, safety and quality while engaging customers to maximize satisfaction. A college degree or equivalent experience is required, with 7–10 years in engineering, field service or PM roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing projects in technical environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and staff development abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct assigned projects.
• Coordinate application engineering, field installation and start‑up.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and time, maintaining cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality.
