Job summary

11:11 Systems seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead technical service delivery on large, complex accounts.

You will direct design, implementation, and lifecycle management of solutions, guiding a cross‑platform team to optimize value for production and recovery environments. As a trusted advisor, you’ll manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into action across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an Enterprise TAM/solution architecture and customer-facing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and lifecycle management of IT solutions for large/complex accounts.
• Own governance for contracted scope (change, incident, request, event, problem, vendor management).
• Develop trusted advisor relationships and translate business needs into action across stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs are met by driving incident, change and problem management processes.
• Prepare and deliver monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews.
