Job summary

11 11 Systems seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead large, complex accounts, directing design, implementation, and lifecycle management of our solutions.

You will manage a global team across platforms, delivering strategic business and technology support to customers in production and recovery environments, and act as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT experience with enterprise-focused service delivery and solution architecture.
• Experience leading multi-platform technical service delivery teams.
• Strong governance, incident/change/problem management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical action and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Document current and desired state, goals, and IT investments for the customer.
• Provide direction from initial design to steady state per best practices.
• Own technology solutions and coordinate global resources.
• Develop governance practices across contracted responsibilities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
