Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable solutions across complex business capabilities. You will translate requirements, model architectures, and ensure nonFunctional requirements are met.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams to align with enterprise standards and architectural governance, with a focus on healthcare payer landscape and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years in an IT discipline and 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Extensive experience with solution design across complex enterprise systems is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers on designing complex enterprise solutions.
• Lead the design of large, complex systems and ensure alignment with standards.
• Create architectural models and guides using ArchiMate or similar methods.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical designs and roadmaps.
• Mentor peers and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams to ensure architectural vision.
