Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise solutions in the healthcare payer space. You will translate complex business needs into architectural models and ensure alignment with reference architectures.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams, produce ArchiMate diagrams, and mentor others. Strong communication is essential to articulate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline and 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Preferred: Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate; Certifications relevant to Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Security Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation to business customers to define complex processes and enable technologies.
• Specify and design large/complex systems, and ensure proper design standards and resource efficiency.
• Create detailed component requirements and translate these into implementation designs.
• Clarify and communicate functional and non-functional requirements of system users.
• Lead architecture initiatives and mentor peers, developers, and business users.
