Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions across complex business capabilities. You will translate requirements, model architectures, and ensure adherence to reference architectures and guidelines.

The role requires strategic consultation, architectural leadership, and collaboration with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams. Healthcare payer domain experience and TOGAF/ArchiMate certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years in an IT discipline and 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation to define and design complex enterprise solutions.
• Specify and design large, complex systems and architectures.
• Develop detailed architectural diagrams and views using ArchiMate or similar.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide technical leadership across domains.
• Mentor peers and drive architecture governance and best practices.
