Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions addressing complex business needs. You will model views using ArchiMate and ensure adherence to enterprise standards across deployment, data, and security domains.

You will guide projects through the full solution lifecycle, providing strategic consultation and technical leadership with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing complex business processes and enabling technologies.
• Design large or complex systems, selecting appropriate standards and ensuring resource efficiency.
• Develop detailed component requirements and translate into designs for implementation.
• Clarify and communicate functional and non-functional requirements to stakeholders.
• Lead resolutions of architecture and business problems and mentor peers.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
