Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable solutions for healthcare payer environments. You will translate complex business needs into architectural views, drive architectural governance, and ensure adherence to reference standards.

The role requires collaboration with Enterprise Architects, engineering teams, and business SMEs, with deep knowledge of ArchiMate and TOGAF preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5 years in IT discipline and 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Preferred knowledge of health insurance industry.
• Experience with solution design and architecture across complex systems.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to define complex business processes and enable technologies.
• Design and validate architecture for large, integrated systems and architectures.
• Lead detailed component requirements and translate them into designs.
• Communicate architecture across stakeholders and maintain alignment with standards.
• Mentor peers and lead architecture initiatives.
