Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead architecture design for robust, scalable healthcare solutions. You will translate complex business needs into future-state architectures, model with ArchiMate, and ensure adherence to enterprise guidelines.

You will drive collaboration with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams, guiding lifecycle delivery and maintaining high standards in performance, security, and reliability across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Preferred: Health Insurance Industry knowledge.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers for complex processes and enable technologies.
• Design and specify large/complex systems, select design standards, and ensure integration.
• Produce detailed architectural designs and translate requirements into implementable solutions.
• Clarify functional/non-functional requirements and environment for complex products.
• Lead and mentor in area of expertise and architecture; deliver ad-hoc trainings.
