Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable healthcare solutions. You translate business needs into architectures, model deployment and data views, and ensure adherence to reference standards using ArchiMate.

You will provide strategic guidance, collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams, and drive alignment across domains to deliver robust solutions while managing nonfunctional requirements such as performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• Health Insurance Industry business knowledge is preferred.
• Extensive experience with solution design and architecture across complex enterprise systems.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate certifications preferred.
• Experience with ArchiMate and enterprise reference architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing more complex business processes and enable technologies.
• Take a lead role to specify and design large or more complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes.
• Use modeling tools to contribute to complex architectures and translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Identify and lead improvement programs enhancing solution quality and business benefits.
• Lead architecture-related problem resolution and coordinate with stakeholders across departments.
