Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security Management, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in enterprise security, physical security, enterprise software, or related tech.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms: design, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and integrations.
• Expertise with access control, video management, identity management, networking, virtualization, SQL/Microsoft server environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced Professional Services engagements for enterprise security solutions remotely and on-site.
• Lead system assessments, architecture reviews, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide technical consulting and strategic guidance for large-scale deployments.
• Develop deployment strategies, best practices, and roadmaps for customers and partners.
• Create statements of work, deployment guides, and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to address customer requirements.
