Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Advanced Security Project Manager to lead the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise physical security projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of electronic access control systems, IP-based CCTV/video management, security networking, and infrastructure deployments, while demonstrating exceptional project management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of enterprise security or IT infrastructure project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise security projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop charters, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and closeout activities to meet standards.
