Job summary

SpaceX? Starlink Enterprise Account Manager role focuses on owning a book of enterprise accounts from contract signature to successful onboarding and growth.

You will manage day-to-day activities, build relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities while ensuring contract compliance and timely payments. You will be proactive in coordinating with internal teams to improve products and processes, monitor account health, and shape regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of consulting, project management, or account management experience.
• 3+ years working with customers to support a technical product/service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact with accounts from contract signing through onboarding, management, and growth.
• Build relationships, understand needs, set expectations, identify revenue opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and drive internal improvements to products and processes.
• Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments to hit revenue targets on time.
• Develop regional expertise and drive process improvements to scale the team.
• Monitor account health, including payments, product performance, and contracts.
