SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Channel Partners) for Starlink to manage a book of enterprise accounts from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, monitor readiness and payments, and work to improve Starlink’s products and processes while coordinating region strategy and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or 6+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product/service.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding and growth.
• Build stakeholder relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments to hit revenue targets.
• Advise on improvements to Starlink products, technology, and processes.
• Develop region strategy and scale processes with the team.
• Monitor account health including payments and contract compliance.
