Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable data and marketing tech solutions. You will guide architecture, oversee delivery, and mentor a team of digital solutions specialists across global client engagements.

In this remote role, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, coordinate with partners, and ensure successful client outcomes while staying current with evolving digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP certifications, and Adobe Experience Cloud data ingestion, identity resolution, activation, governance, and personalization.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect with ownership of design, integrations, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS, and analytics.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud architectures, data integration, security protocols, and data management.
• Experience designing data models, database solutions, and scalable data architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT, API integrations, and tools like Postman.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, deliver projects, and mentor teammates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects in fast-paced, global environments.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and strategy engagements across multi-functional workstreams involving CDP/DMP, data onboarding, big data strategy, and analytics on platforms like Adobe Experience Platform.
• Develop deep knowledge of a client’s digital experience strategy and customer goals.
• Implement data integrations to support client use cases and journeys.
• Provide expert consulting to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to meet client requirements across data, technology, and analytics.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary daily contact.
• Guide teams through integration projects with multiple partners.
• Conduct business analysis to translate analytics into strategy.
