Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions and guiding architecture across multi-functional teams. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery plus strategic leadership in Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will lead 2+ AEP implementations, mentor a team of digital solutions specialists, and manage multiple partnerships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real‑Time Certified Data Professional, and Adobe Experience Cloud including ingestion, identity resolution, activation, governance, and personalization.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect with ownership of design, integrations, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and strategy solution engagements across multi-functional workstreams, including CDP/DMP, data onboarding and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals.
• Work with and implement data integrations to support client journeys and use cases.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients and potential clients.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to develop data, technology, and analytics solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage multiple client relationships, serving as primary daily contact.
• Guide teams through integration projects with multiple partners.
• Conduct business analysis to derive insights and strategic direction from analytics output.
• Establish trust and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor engagement progress and maintain a dashboard of all work streams.
