Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions and leading architecture, implementation, and delivery across client engagements.

You will guide data platforms, integrations, and analytics, mentor teams, and present to executives. This remote role offers travel to Humana’s offices as needed and rewards strong leadership with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer data, marketing tech, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe tools.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as Technical Architect.
• Hands-on across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional engagements across CDP/DMP and analytics initiatives.
• Guide architecture, solution design, integrations, and delivery ownership.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary daily contact.
• Mentor digital solutions teams and drive adoption of architectures.
• Present to technical and executive audiences and steer client reviews.
