Humana seeks a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions and guiding architecture across teams. This role blends hands-on delivery with executive collaboration to maximize adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will lead engagements across CDP/DMP, data onboarding, and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform, partnering with clients and vendors, mentoring a team, and managing multiple workstreams with occasional travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing tech, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in AEP and Adobe Experience Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, data governance, and personalization.

Mansioni

• Lead multi-functional engagements across data platforms, CDP/DMP, data onboarding, and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Gain knowledge of a client’s digital experience strategy, online business model, and goals.
• Provide expert consulting services and own client relationships as the primary contact.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to meet client requirements across data, technology and analytics.
• Mentor and guide teams through integration projects with multiple partners.
