Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions and guiding architecture, with a strong focus on client outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce-driven initiatives, work across multiple partner ecosystems, and mentor a team of digital solutions specialists while managing complex, global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 5+ years experience with customer data, marketing tech, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in AEP, Real-Time Data Professional, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Led 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as Technical Architect.
• Hands-on experience across CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS and analytics.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud architectures, data integration, security protocols, and data management.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT, API integrations, and Postman.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor, and improve delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience presenting to technical and exec audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, global environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across multi-functional workstreams (CDP, DMP, data onboarding, big data strategy).
• Gain deep knowledge of client digital strategy, goals, and online business model.
• Implement data integrations to support client use cases and journeys.
• Provide expert consulting to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to meet data, tech, and analytics needs.
• Manage multiple client relationships as primary daily contact.
• Guide teams through integration projects with partners.
• Lead business analysis to translate analytics into strategy.
• Build trust with clients and internal/external partners.
• Monitor progress and maintain an account status dashboard.
• Address process/operations issues and propose improvements.
• Develop compelling slideware and lead client reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery of client commitments.
• Train and mentor digital solutions specialists.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
