Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related components.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect.
• Hands-on in CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, or similar areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and strategy solution engagements across multi-functional workstreams.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's digital experience strategy and goals.
• Implement data integrations to support client use cases and journeys.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients and potential clients.
• Manage multiple client relationships as the primary daily contact.
• Guide teams through integration projects with multiple partners.
• Lead business analysis to derive insights and strategy from analytics output.
• Monitor engagement progress and maintain an account status dashboard.
