Humana is seeking a Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive digital transformation by designing scalable solutions and leading multi-disciplinary teams. You will guide architecture, oversee implementation efforts, and deliver measurable outcomes across client engagements.

Role requires strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders, experience delivering large cross-functional projects, and a strategic yet hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with customer data, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Certified Data Professional, and Adobe Experience Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, data governance, and personalization.
• Experience leading 2+ end-to-end AEP implementations as a Technical Architect, with ownership of solution design, integrations, and delivery.
• Hands‑on experience across at least three of the following areas: CDPs, DMPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Personalization, AdTech, CMS and analytics.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud architectures, data integration, security protocols, and structured/unstructured data management.
• Experience designing customer data models, database solutions, and scalable data architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, API integrations, and tools such as Postman.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, improve project delivery, and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple partners and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and strategy solution engagements across multi-functional workstreams.
• Engage with CDP/DMP, data onboarding/activation, big data strategy, and analytics on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Understand client digital experience strategy and customer goals.
• Implement data integrations to support client use cases and journeys.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients and potential clients.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to meet client requirements (data, tech, partners, integrations, analytics).
• Manage multiple client relationships as primary daily contact.
• Guide teams through integration projects with several partners.
• Conduct business analysis to derive insights and business strategy from analytics.
• Build trust with clients and internal/external partners.
• Monitor engagement progress with a client account dashboard.
• Address client process/operations issues and recommend improvement strategies.
• Lead client business reviews and ensure delivery of commitments.
• Manage and train a team of digital solutions specialists.
• Maintain interest in rapidly changing trends in digital marketing.
