Wandelbots seeks an Enterprise Sales Representative in the US to lead new enterprise acquisitions for OEMs, Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 manufacturers. You will articulate platform-level value, drive PoVs, and turn executive-level sponsorship into long-term contracts.

A strong track record in software/AI-enabled automation within manufacturing is essential. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and ecosystem partners to convert PoVs into framework agreements and ongoing platform

Formación

• Proven enterprise sales experience in software, platform, and/or SaaS/PaaS.
• Strong exposure to IT and OT environments.
• Track record selling into manufacturing ecosystems.
• Experience moving PoV to framework agreements and long-term value-led relationships.
• Based in Rhine‑Main, Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, or Cologne/Bonn.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales for OEMs, Tier‑1 and selected Tier‑2 customers.
• Lead complex sales cycles from first engagement to multi-year platform adoption.
• Develop PoVs and value narratives translating industry challenges to Wandelbots platform value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and ecosystem partners.
