Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to translate customer workflows into effective designs, while maintaining high standards of documentation and workshop delivery. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position within a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role within telecom or IT.
• Experience designing business voice solutions (SIP trunking, PRI, UC, call centers).
• Experience with network design and managed networks (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, DNS, VPN.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Meraki, MEF 3.0.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create technical documentation and RFP responses.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Sales Engineering support for mid-sized and moderately complex accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Support and PM to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Participate in customer meetings and discovery to tailor recommendations.
• Create technical configurations and designs for proposals and quotes.
• Conduct live and remote product demonstrations and communicate competitive advantages.
• Monitor product performance and escalate significant issues as needed.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Train sales reps on product functionality and enhancements.
