Job summary

Cable One is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to support the Enterprise sales team by delivering tailored technical solutions and demonstrations. You will design configurations aligned with customer goals and collaborate with product, support, and PM to drive adoption.

You will participate in discovery sessions, communicate competitive advantages, and help close strategic opportunities while building strong customer relationships for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role within telecom or IT.
• Experience designing business voice solutions (SIP trunking, PRI, UC, call centers).
• Ability to translate workflows into concrete designs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Sales Engineering support for mid-sized accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and PM to drive adoption.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and tailor recommendations.
• Create technical configurations and solution designs for proposals.
• Conduct live and remote product demonstrations.
• Monitor performance and escalate major issues.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on needs.
• Train sales reps on product functionality and new offerings.
