enGen is seeking an IT Architect with strong systems design skills for a hybrid role near Salt Lake City. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure traceability from high-level requirements to detailed specifications.

You will work closely with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security, and Vendors to align technical designs with business goals and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Experience building Customer Service platforms; Pega and Healthcare knowledge preferred.
