Job summary

enGen is seeking an IT Architect to operate in a hybrid model (T, W, TH) for employees within 50 miles of the corporate office. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, elicit and manage requirements, and ensure traceability to higher‑level requirements.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, coordinating with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendors, and support re‑estimation activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic consultation to define or design business processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Specifies and designs large or complex systems, networks, or processes and ensures integration.
• Clarifies functional and non-functional requirements of users and ensures traceability.
• Leads improvement programs and communicates with stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendors.
